There is no other place you need to look. Cracked carbon Canada has to be the best Canadian owned and operated company. This company is second to none . I had a spoiler repaired and didn't think it could be. Shawn proves me wrong the workmanship and concern is like they are working on their own repair as though they where doing it for themselves. My repair is absolutely outstanding, again second to none . The kindness and professional and incredibly friendly , treatment for a customer . This you don't see in a lot of companies. Look no further if you need carbon repair of any kind . This company is what all other companies should be like. You will be as happy as me if you do the right thing and send your repairs to Cracked carbon Canada, from anywhere you live. Number one company in my eyes. Canadian owned support them. I had cracked the seat stay of my Specialized SL8 frame. Even though the repair is straightforward, my concern was how different it would look after laying extra carbon material over the damaged area. Soon after I contacted Cracked Carbon Canada, Shawn (I believe he is the company's owner) replied, "Anytime! In the repair region there will be a slight difference in the outer diameter of the seat stay after the completed repair". In the end, I am disappointed. I do not consider the result to be a "slight difference," as Shawn said; a picture is better than a thousand words. In my opinion, the balance of this repair had tipped too far toward the structural, lacking consideration for aesthetics. The repair looks tacky.

Did a great job repairing a cracked seat stay on my high-end road bike (Trek Domane). Had the whole repair, including painting, done in only a few days so I could get back on the bike quickly. Can barely tell there was a repair. Shawn and his brother Connor were knowledgeable, professional, and their craftsmanship was excellent. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal service experience from start to finish!  Connor returned my urgent inquiry after hours and also met with me outside of business hours to inspect my Cervelo.  Within 4 days of inspection, the cracks were repaired, I'm back on the road and training for my next triathlon

My carbon bike frame was damaged due to chain drops. Both Shawn and Connor had great communication, fair price and good turnaround time.
